Yea its the colors that make people think it though... and they can easily remove the cobra emblem before producing them as well..

Yep scored my LL at WalMart as well.. didn't see Skydive, Destro, or Shadow Tracker but they had the Shock Vipers.. There's a Scalper around me cause the next day all the Shock Vipers were gone.

I think the Wal Marts and Targets are getting the revision cases before the actual waves. Which would explain why extra jungle vipers and shock troopers are showing up.
If that's the case though we sadly won't see the new Destro that I'm dying to get my hands on in stores until they get the actual wave case.

I'm with Lt.Pinpoint they really need to come out with some new figures. Look how many different Star Wars figures you can buy, and the Joe heads get stuck with a bunch of crappy repaints.
