I don't think they're going to tell us which new characters will appear in the upcoming episodes, or what new characters will be produced by Hasbro. Any other ideas? Something for the Hub team that they'd like to answer?

How about letting us watch Renegades at hubworld.com in Canada and the rest of the world?

Will Rip Cord return in the last episode of the season? Maybe the Joes will rescue him from a Cobra prison? I'll be impressed if he's really dead but I still don't believe it.

I bet Ripcord comes back as one of Mindbender's experiments. Perhaps Serpentor?

A black Serpentor? I doubt Hasbro would do that.

If they follow the new comic book continuity of firefly being black, then maybe they will bring Ripcord back as firefly. He is going to be showing up in a couple of episodes and I could see that working. As in, he was left behind by the joes and now he wants revenge.
Probably not, but it could be cool.

OK, here's what I sent:
Quote:
Hello The Hub and Hasbro Studios teams!
We at www.JoeDios.com are into GI Joe storytelling, and are just eating up the very fresh story being told in GI Joe Renegades.
The JoeDios.com question is this:
Do you plan to continue to put cool Easter Eggs in GI Joe Renegades like this tribute to Star Wars in GI Joe Renegades Episode 6:
The Joes in the Cobra Broadcast control room:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DJVJxD9Dvws#t=6m48s
Han Solo, Chewbacca and Luke Skywalker in the Detention Block:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RqXo41tTyOk#t=0m46s
If so, I applaud you and suggest you make it even more obvious. I would suggest Tunnel Rat say "Boring conversation anyway. Duke! We're going to have company!" after he blasted the comm device with the Baroness, just to drive the tribute home so more people would get it.
For those who recognized the reference, it was a special treat for us adult fans.

Yes, actually. The reply was from the Hub:
Quote:
We are always looking for things that we think will help the characters seem more real, and easy for the audience to relate to. So, if a line from a movie fits, and sounds natural for one of our characters to say, and adds to the story – we’ll leave it in. We never want our Joes to say or do anything that comes off as forced or false.
