I guess the easiest answer for me would be I have a joe room so all my setups are always set up! less to take down and put back up. I might move accessories around but thats about it!
I work on some stories but sometimes you dont have to continue, you can take a two or three day break from your dio story to get other stuff/ideas on the table literaly! Once im done with those I can go back to my dio story. Someday I wish my sets were as bad arse as flat lines and all those supr flickr guys!
